My name is Arun Dhayal, I am from Jaipur, we are 5 Member in family including parents and a elder Sister  &  younger brother. my father work as a  labor who gets money on a daily basis, But now his work stopped back due to lock down  which the expenses of my family's house could not be fulfilled. We have also have to pay house rent of monthly basis. I completed my study till 12th, so I wanted to support my father.

After 12th I was not able to get a job anywhere. Because I didn't have that much qualification I can work somewhere I knew about Swayam training centre through  my friend, I visited the swayam training  centre & collect all the information about the course. I took admission in the Assistant Electrician course. After completion of 2 months training (theory and practical) & OJT ,Swayam placement team conducted my interview in Kasliwal Electricals. I got selected as an Assistant Electrician and my salary is 10,000/- .

My family is so proud of me and Now I am able to support my family .
